"appalling level of service"

About: Western Eye Hospital

Not sure if there is any point giving feedback as all negative feed seems to be ignored. Now I understand why the ratings are so high. I waited over 3 hours in a filthy overcrowded waiting room, was ignored and then was told it was closing. All other cases were prioritised particularly anyone involved in a punch up.
