"Blood Tests"

(as the patient),

I was given a form for a blood test by my GP on which it states that the department is open to 16. 30 Monday to Friday. I arrived at 16. 20 on a Friday to find a home made sign hanging up outside saying they closed at 16. 20. Staff inside asked if was a GP form as they were only doing ward blood tests. They were not busy and informed me I would have to go back on Monday. What a poor service. I think they are uncaring, inflexible staff. I tried to get there within the hours advertised to find this shoddy level of service. Most disappointed
