"Booked appointment was Complete Chaos, wasted..."

I attended a booked appointment at Kings Mill to have a scan on a breast lump done.

We waited 3 hours to be seen, and then when we was we was told the radiographer isnt in and we have to come back in 1 month.

I have already had to wait over a month for this appointment.

This is the 3rd time I have attended this hospital in 2 years. And its the 3rd time I have left angry and unsatisfied.

Waste of my day

Waste of money as I had to pay for child care

And my health is being put at greater risk.
