What I liked
I entered the day ward to have my gall bladder removed.I travelled 120 miles to the hospital as I was in pain and they had the earliest appoinment.
From checking in at reception until discharge I could not have been treated better if I had gone private.They kept in touch all of the time and nothing was too much.Very dedicated staff
What could be improved
In my case nothing every thing went to plan and my treatment was better than expected
Anything else?
Politicians should visit this day ward and learn how to treat the general public properly
