"Whipps cross antenatal and ultrasound department"

I am so glad I am not the only one who thinks whipps cross is a disgraceful hospital. It is the worst one I have ever been to. I have been trying to get through to just one department for days and no one has bothered to answer the phone it is ridiculous. I then tried ringing other departments of even just the main whips cross number and I get the same problem again and again. They either pick and say I've called the wrong section or department and transfer me straight away before I can say another word or just don't bother to answer the phone. When I did finally get through to someone they was very rude and unhelpful or sounded like they didn't know what they were doing. It's annoying cos I'm pregnant as well and I don't need this stress. All I need to do is book my next ultrasound scan and I was told to call one number which is impossible to get through to. I warn everybody don't go to whipps cross if you can it's the worst hospital I have been to its unbelieveable how bad they are. It upsets me too because I don't think I'll be able to have my 20 week scan now because no one has even bothered to pick up the phone and book me in. I have left numerous messages and no ones answered back. It really upsets me cos I want to have my scan and now it looks like it's impossible to even have it. If anyone's in my situation and they're pregnant dong sign up with whipps cross antenatal/ultrasound department because it is terrible.
