"Walk in walk out small surgical procedure"

I thought all the staff who were involved In my care were all very professional & friendly all in all a very good experience. Wouldn't hesitate to use any BMI again.

My only criticism is that all morning I was so nervous I didn't eat, so was a bit hungry after the procedure I was only offered a cup of tea. Also I didn't need to lie down on a trolley and a comfortable chair would have been better.

Also didn't like my surrounding in the Day case unit it wasnt private at all and as a private patient thought I would have my own room.
