About: Russells Hall Hospital

Attended the emergency department with chest pain today. Treatment was prompt and efficient and was home the same night after X-rays blood tests and an ecg. The nurses taking my bloods knew how frightened I was and were really caring, would also like to say thanks to the two doctors who treated me in acu. They were fab. Thanks for doing such an amazing job xx

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience of our Emergency Department. We know how frightening it can be when coming into hospital as an emergency so it is good to know that the staff taking care of you were able to put you at ease.
