The care and support we received on the observation ward in A&E was exemplary on 5th/6th September.
Staff nurse on the night shift was respectful of our daughter, treated her with dignity, and cared for us in our distress. She was a credit to the profession.
Likewise staff on the day shift, and also from the crisis team.
The impression was of a team which has high standards and works hard to maintain them.
