I can't praise the conquest hospital highly. enough. I was admitted just after midnight on 5/9/15 in terrible pain to the general surgery department where is was made ready for surgery the following morning.
The surgeon diagnosed a spigelian hernia and gave strong pain killers to give a restful night. Followed by surgery the following day,
During my whole stay I was treated with efficiency and kindness. I am disabled with very bad arthritis, I couldn't find any fault, I have celiac disease and and must have gluten free food, the menu was excellent.
I would recommend every one I know to choose this hospital if they are unfortunate to become ill or require surgery
I was discharged the following with only the discomfort of new surgery, having been given excellent to follow when got home.and more pain relief. At age 82 I was really nervous but there was no need for this.
Patricia Tos, Eastbourne.
