What I liked

The staff from booking in to having my op were brilliant. Polite and considerate.

What could be improved

As a day case all patients were booked in for 8.00. All five of us were sat in a waiting area. waiting my op was at 11.30. Maybe staggered appointments would have been better.

Anything else?

Tnis is the second time I have been to Royal Preston. The first I had to stay in for 5 days.Ward 2 I received excellent treatment then. The second time was as a day case Ward 4, from the receptionist to the registgrar who did my op, the treatment I received was excellent. Well done.
