What I liked
Given the money spent on revamping outoatients at this hospital (ATC Centre etc)I would have expected the service I received to be much higher. Just treated as anumber and not an individual.
Administrative procedures in this Trust need improving. Didn't send my request for an MRI scan or referral to another Trust until I chased and then it was all done rather reluctantly and no apology for the uneccessary delays in my treatment was received.
What could be improved
Cusotmer service skills of administrative/secrertarial staff
Processess for ensuring tests etc are requested
Anything else?
This may be my local NHS Trust but I would be reluctant to use their services again, given my recent experience
