"can’t thank the ambulance staff enough"

(as a relative),

I have called the ambulance service yesterday in the middle of the night as my 95 year old mum fell over and we thought she broke her hip. We can’t thank the ambulance staff enough. They did a great job, they were very helpful and kind and I would just like to let them know how amazing they were. Thank you to Katie and her colleague!
