Had severe ongoing foot pain and struggled to see my GP due to work commitments so popped in on a Sunday afternoon, was seen by an excellent doctor within an hour who immediately knew what the problem was. In and out within 90 minutes, which is brilliant for any A&E, especially one that was full!
