"refused treatment"

About: Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

Out of the 9 people queuing up at 7.45am, none of them, including me was seen. I was given a phone number to ring and a recorded message said it is out of hours and cut me off. Why does a dental hospital refuse treatment? Why open the doors if every patient waiting gets told to go home? They even have a security guard as part of triage to make sure you leave. This is the most disgraceful way to treat people who pay for the NHS through taxes. Absolutely disgusted.
