"Excellant quality care by professional caring..."

Following an overnight stay on Winstanley Ward I would like to thank the dedicated, caring staff that looked after me and the other ladies on the ward.

As someone who works for the NHS it was reassuring to find the high quality care and attention that is given to patients was clear to see.

Ths staff nurse on duty when I arrived was professional, informative and very reassuring and always had a smile on their face.

At the end of a long shift they were just the same to patients coming onto the ward in the evening.

All the staff were very busy but couldn't do enough for the patients all day and through the night.

The procedure I underwent was quite daunting but the doctor and team made things so much easier, especially the person who contacted me prior to coming into hospital to discuss the procedure and answer any questions, this was so much better than a letter.

Overall I am proud to say I work for the NHS and so glad the staff that looked after me work for the NHS too!
