(as the patient),

I saw Dr Lynsey Fielden in June, she arranged immediate tests and found I'd had a stroke, she then referred me to Mr. Yapanis, who performed carotid arterial surgery in the same month. Thereafter I received six weeks exercise classes in the rehabilitation centre (an excellent facility!)

I have nothing but praise for the attention I have received and wish to say thank you!

I am pleased to know that my account of my treatment was appreciated, also knowing that the Staff I encountered during this time have been notified, glad I made the effort and hope it helps others who may have doubts about the procedure
