What could be improved

My sister was a patient at RBH for 13 days, within that time she was only seen by a doctor 3 times. The nurses stated tests had not come back when they had and the last doctor to visit did not have expertise in the area that was needed.

Anything else?

I saw the cleaner use the same cloth on door handles and light switches as she had just used to clean the toilet, this was in front of a new recruit and what looked like her supervisor!
