"Improvements have been made"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

I am impressed with the improvements in customer care that have been made in this hospital. Previously I have visited and feel that there was a total lack of customer care due to the way I had been spoken to, but when I was admitted a few weeks back I could see that it was greatly improved.

I was spoken to with care and treated extremely well by your doctors and staff.
