"Phone"

About: Wrightington Hospital

It has taken me over an hour to get through to the Admissions Office after being shunted around to several other departments and even being given a phone number which doesn't actually exist!! I even at one point had the phone put down on me (I could hear people talking in the background)!!!

I realise it is a very busy hospital and department but this is really unacceptable service!

I have also been told that I cant be given a date for my operation yet as there are no Diaries released for October yet!! I find this very hard to believe as I actually work in another hospital and know we organise operations more than 30 days in advance so that patients get as much notice as is possible!!!!
