despite trying over a long period of time and several days I find it impossible to contact the ent dept at Buckland Hospital is it actually staffed?

I am so sorry that you have been having difficulty contacting the ENT department. Whilst your appointments may be at the Buckland Hospital the main department is at the William Harvey Hospital so I can suggest you telephone Rotary ward who will be able to forward you to the appropriate person to deal with your enquiry.

We do need to ensure we let patients know how to contact us and this feedback is very useful as it highlights that we do not always get it right.
