My auntie was admitted to hospital in august, very poorly with ecoliurosepsis, a chest infection and delirium. She received excellent care during her 3 1/2 week stay and is now home thanks to the team on gate 41. Whenever we visited, didn't matter what time of day we could see she was being treated with respect and compassion by all the staff on duty. Our questions were answered when we asked them and the family were listened to. At times she needed to be helped at mealtimes and if the family weren't present the staff would feed her and sit with her when necessary. We have nothing but praise for the dedication and compassion of the staff on this ward and are very thankful she is now well again
"Excellent care given to my Auntie gate 41"
