"Dreadful appointments service for RA1GN"

About: Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital

I was sent a first appointment letter for a date I couldn't make because abroad.

I made about 10 calls over 2 days trying the telephone number given and various others I managed to get hold of but couldn't reach anyone. Will now have to lose time at work to go and visit the hospital in person simply to change an appointment. Useless
