i had to ring q doc on sat morning on sat 7th sept 2015 about 9.30 they acted right away and the ambulance came soon after the paramedics were wonderful with her and i give them my thanks and the 5.. 6 hrs i sent with her in A&E all staff and doctors who looked after her were wonderful and i thank them with all my heart for the care of my sister and the care and thoughts they gave to and now her ward staff on larch c are now looking after her my heart and my prayers go out to the staff on the A&E u were all wonderful thank you her sister margaret

Dear Margaret,

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments about the care and treatment you and your sister received in both A&E and Larch C ward. It is lovely to hear your sister had such good care. I do understand how upsetting it can be to be in hospital and especially if it is as an emergency.

I am sorry you had to wait in A&E for such a long time but delighted to hear the staff cared for your sister and you so well.

I will pass your comments to the staff on the ward and A&E.
