What could be improved

everything, I took my daughter there because she had fainted and when she came round she couldnt speak properly and had tingling in her had. They did not care and left us for almost two hours before I asked how long we were expected to wait as other people who had come in after us were being seen and had now left. I was asked if we had seen a doctor and when I replied no and asked if the syptoms might have anything to do with the fact that she had suffered from epilepsey as a child they looked blank and said no they didnt think so!!!! I was left there whilst a "nurse" went away to check when we would be seen I assume because she didnt tell me but walked off, when she came back she said my daughter was due to be seen by the GP!!! Dont you think someone when presented with the facts should have looked more closly at my daughter????
