"Admitted to A&E on Thursday 3/9/15"

I would like to thank a particular member of staff for the excellent care they gave me,when i was bought into A&E on Thursday evening.I had 3 hypos whilst in their care and they made sure i got all the help i needed,also the Nurses were very kind to,was a little surprised to have been sent home after having so many hypos,especially in the early hours but understand with shortage of beds etc and when i got home,i got a call to come in for my Fistula Operation,so all good in the end and doing well at the moment to.W.Hunt.
