About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

MRI dept Bishop Auckland - I received the best service Ive ever experienced at one of these appointments , I was particularly anxious, in pain, claustrophobic & had a panic attack , however the nursing assistant in this department was patient , compassionate & above all human ! they listened to my concerns and gave me as much information on the procedure as possible which really re-assured me. I will always remember her kindness, it made so much difference & I know I will not be as anxious if I need another scan in the future. My Sincere thanks.
