"Unhelpful and cold front office staff"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Arrived to the clinic today with plenty of time 10am (walk in closes 11:30!) only to be rudely told that I cannot be seen. No explanation or alternative times. I asked for an appointment only to be told "we do not do appointments". However this is not true as I've just found out you can make an appointment over the phone.

Feels like the staff do not have empathy or passion for their positions. No love in an STI clinic!! What's going on!
