Dear lynchy,

I’m so glad to hear you were able to overcome your anxieties to attend hospital for your procedure. It is really important to have investigations recommended by your doctor.

The staff know how important it is to make sure all patients get the information they need and that they feel supported before, during and after their procedure.

It will be my pleasure to share your feedback with the team in the Endoscopy Unit.

Best wishes, and many thanks

Karen
