(as a carer),

I attend Newark Carer Support Group regularly and always find it supportive for me in my caring role. At the last meeting we had a speak join us and do a talk on Medication, this was very informative and valuable. The lady was very approachable and made time to answer everybodies queries, questions and concerns. I would like for th speaker to come and join us at the group again in the future. I have a suggestion that if we are given time before to think about what areas we would like to be foccussed on and what is of particular interest to our group.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to provide feedback re Newark Carer Support Group. It is wonderful to hear that you always find it supportive for your caring role. I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the pharmacist who attended, that you found the session on Medication very informative and valuable. Also that you found her to be very approachable and valued that she made time to answer everybody’s queries, questions and concerns. Your suggestion for her to be invited to attend again will be noted and actioned. The idea of being given the topic a few weeks prior to the session, to enable thought to be given to what areas you would like to be focussed on is a really valid and great suggestion. I will share this with the Carer facilitator to enable changes to be made. Once again thank you for all your feedback, it is valued and enables us to strive to do the very best we can.
