"Excellent care and fine hospital"

I went to royal Surrey after being referred there for an operation on my bladder. I had a partial cytoscopy of the bladder. For info I'm a 37 year old male. I was impressed from the very first appointment when I met the head of department, the surgeon and a nurse to discuss my surgery. My 4 days spent in hospital were really good. The ward was immaculate and clean. The nurses were brilliant. One in particular was great when I had a problem in the night, I felt very well cared for. I'd say that the food was probably average for hospital but there was plenty of it and you could eat what you wanted. Great hospital and staff.
