"Post natal confusion - enough resources but..."

About: Chelsea & Westminster Hospital

Appears very disorganised.

I understand that there is variability in staff. But all members day and night (worse at Night) are slow to respond to request.

More reactive than proactive.

Night midwife particularly unhelpful. Trusted the auxillary's advice more.

When requesting a service ex lactation councillor can not trust that the request Will be followed through. Needed to request again later- causing further delay to discharge.
