"Someone 'misplaced' my doctor's request"

Long story very short....If I hadn't chased it up, I'd of never known that the request had been lost.

The target was missed and eventually I had an appointment after I said I would need to call 111 as my condition had worsened and no one was doing anything. As a result of this appointment, I was put on medication but have yet to see or speak to a doctor about it, the diagnoses and have had no questions or concerns answered.

Great stress reliever not! Still another month to the hopeful appointment and another month of stress to go with it.
