"Short stay in hospital"

I was unexpectedly in the Royal Surrey for five days last week while they investigated my condition.

I was very impressed throughout by the consistent good quality of care and the friendly way staff treated me.

I stayed in Millbridge Ward and was seen by staff in a number of departments for scans, xray, etc.

I always felt informed and the staff were both careful to explain and patient.

I was impressed by the way the staff worked as a team.

I observed that the staff dealing with some difficult patients and treating them with the same respect they showed me.

It was my first stay in a hospital and being unexpected, I was nervous, but need not have been.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your care and attention.
