My ninety three year old mother Ethel has just spent 7 days on Lancaster ward the staff on that ward I cannot fault in any way. My complaint is she was put in room on her own and being nearly deaf found this very isolating. Her main problem was her mobility and what did the hospital do to get her mobile nothing what so ever. Taken to the toilet and back that was all.
