About: Sandwell General Hospital

I went on the web sight to cancel my appointment I thought it had gone through.

I waited for a new appointment.

2 weeks later had not had the appointment so I phoned to be told that I had not cancelled it and i had been discharged.

I have been going to the ent department for over 30 years I have sat waiting for upto 5 hours to be seen.

when people have been going mad I have talked to them explaining that these things happen in emergencies you could wait a long time.

I have calmed people down from getting aggressive

Because I missed the appointment I have been discharged after 30 yrs I think this is disgraceful I have worked all my life paid all my taxes lost money to be treated like this well the NHS as gone down in my opinion.
