"Waiting too long at outpatients dept"

About: Whiston Hospital

(as the patient),

I have been to Whiston outpatients dept recently for a blood test arriving at 9. 45 am. Ten numbers in front of me so was prepared for a bit of a wait.

However waited over 45mins. Only 5 patients attended to in over 25 mins, with a 3 min wait between patients.

Not good enough, I have regular blood tests at Whiston & St Helens hospital and GP surgery and have NEVER waited so long even when the dept has been choc a block full. I feel someone was on a go slow.
