What I liked

I was seen fairly quickly at around 2pm when it wasn't too busy.

What could be improved

I wasn't given very clear advice which has resulted in me still having a swollen ankle a year later. I was seen by a trainee doctor/nurse who said I hadn't broken it and this was overseen (not very well) by another nurse. I would have preferred it if a doctor would have looked at it properly so that I am not in this postition now.
