I wanted to take the opportunity to thank your staff in A&E. Yesterday unfortunately my wife and I had to visit your hospital whilst travelling back to Yorkshire. My wife was taken ill suddenly in the car so I attended Bedford A&E. From the outset we were treated very well and my wife was dealt with extremely professionally, with care and respect. All members of your staff were excellent, and given that 3 of those staff members were not UK nationals, they were a credit to their profession and an example for the NHS. Once again many thanks.
