"Ambulance crew are superstars"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance Yeovil District Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My dad had a fall on his 70th birthday. This resulted in a bleed on his brain. He is now in hospital with severe cognatative impairment.

The ambulance crew who attended the 999 call were absolutely fantastic. They treated my dad with the utmost care and respect and called into the family room in the hospital afterwards to check up on him. They really are superstars.

Hi bf73rw

Thank you for taking the time to provide our service with feedback. I hope your Dad is feeling recovering since his fall.

We would be very happy to share your generous words of thanks with the ambulance staff involved in your father's care, however to do so we will need a little more specific information. If you are happy to do so please may I ask you to contact our Patient Engagement Team on either 01392 458831 or plaudits@swast.nhs.uk and one of the team will be very pleased to take you through the process for sharing thanks with our staff.

Thank you, again, for taking the time to share your story with us.
