I had to bring my eighty three year old mother to accident and emergency on Bank Holiday Saturday. We were treated with kindness and respect and with the highest regard to her pain and feeling so ill. The staff were wonderful.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to comment on the care your mother received while in the A&E department. I will pass on your comments to the staff that were on shift Saturday. I sincerely hope your mother is feeling better.
