"A good day at the Duchy"

I attended Duchy Hospital on the 11th August 2015 for a Cardiac Angiogram and Ultrasound.

I was very nervous, more so because I have mobility problems, but I need not have worried.

From the receptionist through to the medical teams, I was made to feel comfortable and reassured from the start.

The procedures were prompt, the atmosphere bright and cheerful and the hygiene spot on.

The staff in the Ambulatory Care Unit provided a calming and happy atmosphere, sharing a few jokes, but always caring and very professional.

The consultant and their team took time to explain to me what was happening and to reassure.

Overall a terrific experience. I consider myself lucky to have been seen at the Duchy.
