They failed to diagnose my irregular heartbeat that caused the stroke. That was diagnosed when I went back to Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital within an hour of me getting there.
There was no attempt to communicate with me by the nurses while I was in hospital.
I have now prepared and registered Lasting Power of Attorney too prevent me ever go back there as an inpatient.
