When my GP noticed I had an hernia in my belly button, they got me in quick .I have no problems or issues with any staff member ,top class .My op went well though I was a little scared I must admit ,all the people involved were very calming and very professional in what they were doing .I was informed what to do after the op and any problems to come back . I found the Pilgrim to be clean ,and also the food nice ,top class . Recently I had a small problem with neck cancer ,but the member of staff who dealt with it knew exactly what it was and dealt with it ,and now it's clear . I would like to say to all the moaners ,that this is a hospital ,not an hotel ,and the staff do care ,but we are not the only patients ,and they do a good job ,thank god we have an NHS . The Staff do a fantastic job under pressure .Also my wife just informed me she had treatment in the breast clinic ,she said the staff were very good polite and professional ,what more can I say . Top marks on our treatment ,from start to Finnish .
