During my mothers recent week long stay at Glenfield I was amazed at the care support and attention we all recieved. Mum although having 2 operations in 24 hours ( scary to say the least) was well cared for and well informed. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, nurses and doctors. As relatives we were made to feel welcome and again very well supported, there was no rushing us when we needed things explaining and no question was to silly to ask. Mum liked the food and the cafe was very cheap again with good food. We started going an hour early for visiting so we could eat in the cafe.
We would all like to say a 'big thank you' to ward 32, 18 and 27.
