"Amazing care on ward D48"

I was not expecting at all to have to be admitted to hospital as I thought my ankle was only swollen.When I found out it was badly broken and needed surgery I was so upset and so scared. I was admitted to ward D48 late at night. The staff were the most amazing people I have ever met. They all were so loving,helpful and so hard working, nothing was any trouble for them. I can not express enough what amazing people they all are and so need to be recognised more for what they do. Not only is the care exceptional but also everything is so organised for your further treatment etc. Every single person from the managers to the lovely staff bringing my tea and cleaning the ward every day need a massive pat on the back and sent the biggest thankyou from myself..Gillian Patton
