What I liked
The staff in endoscopy were friendly and put me at ease immediately. The experience was pleasurable and not uncomfortable - all staff listened and responded to me as I felt discomfort. They explained everything.
What could be improved
My actual appointment time was an hour later than stated - I felt that everyone waiting [outpatients only] should have been kept informed of the delay - would be easy in such a small department
Anything else?
I would highly reccommend my consultant.
