Nice staff but struggling. Two current experiences as a relative. The first was a patient who was left far too long uncleaned, reported as having good night and good breakfast but in reality this was shockingly far from true. That caused great distress to visiting family. Second example is poor care in a very serious case. The family have medical experts who are trying to get the message through. For example the patient has been drained of massive amounts of fluid, quickly, with no replacement. Shocking. Also lacking pain relief.
