"Staff were very friendly, cheerful, helpful and supportive"

About: Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Trust HQ / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Birch ward late on Monday night (24th August) and Dr Gupta performed Atrial Ablation on Tuesday afternoon. I was discharged Wednesday afternoon. Dr Gupta spent time explaining what he was going do and it all went well. His team was very supportive, very frendly and patient especially "Bubbly Bev".

On the ward, staff were very friendly, cheerful, helpful and supportive and special thanks go to Katie who seemed to be working tirelesly. Everywhere was very clean, tidy and uncluttered. The food? Excellent, I enjoyed it.

Never having been in hospital before, it was all new to me but the nice staff made it easy to settle in with their routine. Please accept my grateful thanks for what you did for me.
