"My daughters tonsils operation."

I cannot thank enough the wonderful staff on wagtail ward who looked after my daughter yesterday when she had her tonsils out.

The whole team were just great the nurses who looked after her were caring kind and very good around nervous children about to have surgery, my daughters nurse was just lovely, held my daughters hand and read her a book whilst she was put under. I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful situation better. Also the play team made my daughter anxiety far easier, they were just great. She is now recovering well and they were just amazing. Thank you wagtail ward and Basildon hospital.
