What I liked

the care I received was excellent I was always told what was going to happen and right from the consultant down to the nursing assistant received all the information I could want in a helpful and friendly manner and it wasn't the traumatic experience I imagined it would be.

What could be improved

There was no improvement which could have been made

Anything else?

I am a retired nurse and we usually make the worst patients but I couldn't fault the care which I received
